Who we are
YETZIRA is a creative and marketing studio. Our platform is a private workspace our team uses to plan, create, approve and publish marketing for brands we operate or are authorised to represent. This policy explains what information the platform handles and why.
Information we collect
Account information. Name, email address and sign-in details of the people who use the platform.
Connected platforms. When an administrator connects an account such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Shopify or an email provider, we receive an access token and the information that platform makes available under the permissions granted. For LinkedIn this is the authenticated member’s basic profile (name, email, profile photo) and, for Pages the member administers, page details, posts and post performance.
Brand content. Briefs, copy, images, video and calendars created in the workspace.
How we use it
Solely to operate the platform on behalf of the brands it serves: to publish and schedule content that a person has approved, to read performance so results can be reported to the brand, and to recommend what to do next.
Nothing is published without explicit human approval. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising profiles, or access data of members who have not connected their account.
Artificial intelligence
Brand content and performance data may be processed by third-party AI model providers to draft copy, generate creative and analyse results. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use this data to train their own models where that option is offered.
Storage & security
Data is stored with our cloud infrastructure provider. Access tokens for connected platforms are encrypted at rest and are only decrypted at the moment a request is made to that platform. Access to the workspace is restricted to authorised team members.
Retention & disconnection
Data from a connected platform is kept only while the connection is active and the information is needed for the purposes above. Disconnecting an account from the platform deletes its stored tokens. You may also revoke access at any time from that platform’s own settings, for example LinkedIn’s Permitted Services.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how it is used. We will respond within thirty days.
Changes & contact
If this policy changes, the date above will change with it. For any question or request, write to us through our contact page.
